IMCD N.V. entered into an agreement to acquire Materias Quimicas De Mexico, S.A. De C.V and Pluralmex S.A de C.V.

IMCD N.V. (ENXTAM:IMCD) entered into an agreement to acquire Materias Quimicas De Mexico, S.A. De C.V. and Pluralmex S.A de C.V. on July 16, 2021. Maquimex has 44 employees and generated a revenue of approximately USD 29 million in 2020. The closing of the transaction is expected to take place in August 2021.
