Bologna, 23 March 2021. IGD - Immobiliare Grande Distribuzione SIIQ S.p.A., leading owner and manager of retail shopping centers in Italy and listed on the STAR segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that, in view of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting called on 15 April 2021 at 10 a.m. in first call (and, if necessary, in second call on 16 April 2021 at the same time), to resolve upon - inter alia - the appointment of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Board of Statutory Auditor of the Company, by the deadline of 22 March 2021, the shareholders COOP Alleanza 3.0 Soc. Coop. (SLATE No. 1), Unicoop Tirreno Soc. Coop. (SLATE No. 2) and Europa Plus SCA SIF (SLATE No. 3) filed the following slate of candidates:
