Rental success in the myhive Medienhafen: IMMOFINANZ to expand coworking concept in summer 2022

IMMOFINANZ marks a new rental success of the myhive offices in Düsseldorf's Medienhafen. Further 2,600 m² of the innovative office space have been rented out to a media technology service provider, the software company BSI, the platform for retail automation Aifora and IT consultant The.NextGen. In addition, an expansion of the coworking area is almost complete.

A media technology service provider will move into an office of approx. 435 m² in myhive Largo from July with the support of the business development agency. There will be three more new tenants in the myhive Alto in the course of the year: BSI will reside 800 m² of office space on the 8^th floor from November, brokered by BNP. Anteon brokered a further 800 m² on the 2nd floor to Aifora GmbH in March. Finally, the expanding The.NextGen GmbH will occupy the entire 3^rd floor, i.e. 570 m² of office space, from August.

"This success is enhanced by the 100% occupancy of our current mycoworking area, to which we are responding with a planned expansion of space."

In the summer of 2022, IMMOFINANZ is planning to provide another mycoworking area on the 1^st floor of the Alto building, which is opposite to the current coworking area. The first tenants have already been found. In addition, several floors will be equipped in the myoffice style in the same period, applying the cozy all-in, plug-and-play principle to the workplace.
