Important events to be reported: Information regarding the litigation in which the company is involved

The company informs the shareholders and investors with regard to the court's ruling in File No. 5856/3/2021, on the dockets of the Bucharest Tribunal, Section II - Administrative and Fiscal Dispute, in which the Company has the capacity as Defendant, ASOCIATIA LOCUITORILOR CARTIER GREENFIELD being the Plaintiff.

The object of the file is the suspension and annulment of administrative act HCGMB 705/08.12.2019 approving the Zonal Urbanism Plan Aleea Teișani - Drumul Pădurea Neagră No. 56-64, the suspension and annulment of Construction Authorizations No. 434/35/P/2020 and No. 435/36/P/2020, the annulment of some preliminary endorsements, cancellation of works.

The Zonal Urbanism Plan Aleea Teișani - Drumul Pădurea Neagră No. 56-64 provides the regulation of a surface area of approximately 28 ha of the Greenfield district with the residential area comprising 49 buildings having a height regime of GF + 10F, a building having a height regime of GF + 9F, a building having a height regime of GF + 8F and a building having a height regime of GF + 6F, areas intended for functions related to housing, i.e. school, kindergarten, public transport terminal, shopping center, office building, multi-story buildings for car parking, areas of community interest, church, public parks, as well as urban works to connect the area to public utilities, the widening of traffic arteries and the construction of new ones.

The Bucharest Tribunal issued Ruling 568 on 4 February 2022: Pursuant to Art. 408 of the Civil Procedure Code, it rejects the application further to the plaintiff's waiver of the claimed right itself.

The ruling may be subject to recourse within 15 days from its communication, which application may be submitted to the Bucharest Tribunal.
