Changes to the Board of Directors

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and paragraph

6.39 of the Debt Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Ralph Havenstein has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee with effect from 1 January 2021. The appointment has been made in accordance with the Company's policy guiding the nomination of directors to the Board and succession planning of its members.

Ralph holds an MSc in Chemical Engineering and a BCom degree and brings diverse experience to the Board, having built a distinguished reputation in various leadership positions across the mining industry. He has previously served as director of Anglo Platinum, Simmer and Jack, Sasol and Northam Platinum. He currently serves as an independent non-executive director on the boards of Murray and Roberts Holdings Ltd and Omnia Holdings Ltd.
