Impala Platinum Holdings Limited announced that the board has resolved to declare an interim cash dividend of 525 cents per ordinary share, amounting to SAR 4.5 billion at the date of declaration, for the six months ended 31 December 2021. In terms of the approved dividend policy, a minimum dividend of 30% of free cash flow, pre-growth capital, should be declared. Trading ex-dividend commences: 16 March 2022.
Record date is 18 March 2022. Dividend payment date is 22 March 2022.
