Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Ip Mei Shun as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Cease to Be the Member of Each of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee

The board of directors of Imperial Pacific International Holdings Limited announced that with effect from 31 March 2022, Mr. Ip Mei Shun has resigned as an independent non-executive Director of the company and ceased to be the member of each of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee, and the Nomination Committee of the Board as he intends to concentrate on other business commitments.
