Bucket Studio Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A066410) agreed to acquire 22.53% stake in BTONE CO.,Ltd (KOSE:A101140) from Omnitel, Inc. (KOSDAQ:A057680) for KRW 24.5 billion on October 31, 2019. Under the terms, Bucket Studio Co., Ltd. will acquire 8.9 million shares of BTONE CO.,Ltd. Post acquisition, Bucket Studio Co., Ltd. will change to the largest shareholder of BTONE CO.Ltd.
