IncentiaPay Limited (ASX:INP) announced private placement of 14,425,000 fully paid ordinary shares at a price of AUD 0.08 cents per share for the gross proceeds of AUD 1,154,000 on February 28, 2019. The transaction is expected to close on March 1, 2019.
