Indian Energy Exchange Limited announced that Mr. Mayank Gupta, Senior Vice President Business Development & Strategy of the Company, a Senior Management Personnel as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, has tendered his resignation to pursue a new career opportunity. Accordingly, his employment with the Company ceases effective from the close of business hours on December 04, 2024.
