Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (SET:IVL) made a bid to acquire Recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate Assets in Texas from CarbonLite Holdings LLC for $63.87 million on May 27, 2021. The transaction is subject to conditions precedent including approval by the applicable bankruptcy court and governmental authorities. The closing of the transaction is expected to be completed within second quarter of 2021. Bradley and Jefferies acted as legal advisor to CarbonLite Holdings LLC. Jefferies Financial Group Inc. (NYSE:JEF) acted as financial advisor to CarbonLite Holdings LLC.
