Pull&Bear, the young fashion brand belonging to the Inditex Group present in 70 markets worldwide
with a network of over 900 stores, is opening on April 15th a new sales point on East Nanjing Road, Shanghai's most important commercial street. The store is the first in the city to present the brand's new image, which draws inspiration from the Californian atmosphere of Palm Springs.

The store displays Pull&Bear's collections on two floors. The ground floor, which can be entered either from the street or from the Mosaic Plaza shopping centre, will be selling women's clothes. The first floor, with an entrance from the building's inside, is devoted to men's clothing. Overall, the store offers customers a sales area of 700 square meters.

Pull&Bear's fourth store in China's biggest city also comes with a privileged location on East Nanjing Road, one of the most crowded commercial roads in the world. A big battery of LED screens on the main façade will greet passers-by and allow them to immediately recognize the brand image.

This opening enhances Pull&Bear's presence in China, the brand's third market by number of stores (only behind Spain and Russia), with 63 points of sales open throughout the country's major cities.

New store concept

Pull&Bear's new store concept is inspired by the Californian town of Palm Springs. The façade is one of the most striking elements of the new shop, and uses the traditional glass brick to welcome customers with an air of light and transparency. Instead of a traditional display window, the façade is used to capture the attention of passers-by with visual projections, inviting them to come into the shop and discover the new space.
Once inside, materials typical of DIY or building projects, such as painted concrete, OSB, pine wood, and textured paint combine to create a richly varied setting of colours, materials and textures.
The new establishment is lit by a variety of decorative lamps, creating a unique atmosphere more
like an editorial-styled design than a retail space.
