Lumimicro Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A082800) agreed to acquire 85.78% stake in Inist Bio Co.,Ltd. from Inistpharm Co.,Ltd, Kim, Kook-Hyun, Park, Ji-seop, Industrial Bank of Korea (KOSE:A024110) and others for KRW 60.9 billion on September 23, 2020. Lumimicro Co., Ltd will acquire 2.16 million equity shares and 0.1 million preference shares of Inist Bio Co.,Ltd. The consideration will be paid in cash with KRW 18.27 billion paid on September 23, 2020 and KRW 42.63 billion on September 29, 2020. The transaction will be funded from cash held in hand.
The transaction is expected to close on September 29, 2020.
