Corporate and investment banking mainly consists of corporate banking, the provision of debt capital market and investment banking. Institutional banking represents financial institution business. Chinese Mercantile Bank represents the business of the Bank's subsidiary in Mainland China. The Bank is a flagship company of Hong Kong banking business of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited (ICBC). As of December 31, 2011, its subsidiaries included Chinese Mercantile Bank, ICBC (Asia) Asset Management Company Limited and others.
