Industrial Bulgaria : Deal of a subsidiary of IHB in accordance with Art. 114, 3 of POSA

On 06.10.2020, was finalized a deal by IHB Electric AD (in liquidation proceedings) an indirect subsidiary of Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC, for the sale of the company's real estate with administrative address: Sofia, Blvd. Rozhen '№ 39 - C. The total transaction price is BGN 830 500 (VAT not included). The deal is in connection with the liquidation proceedings of IHB Electric AD (l).

For the aforementioned transaction, the subsidiary company has got a preliminary approval for the conclusion of the deal form the Managing Board of Industrial Holding Bulgaria PLC in accordance with the requirements of Art. 114, 3 and Art. 114a, 3 of the Public Offering of Securities Act.

The Financial Supervision Commission is informed in accordance with the requirements of Art. 114a, 3 of POSA.
