Industrials REIT Limited (formerly Stenprop Limited) specializes in owning and managing real estate assets located in the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Germany and Switzerland. Rental income breaks down by type of asset as follows: - industrial premises (73.7%); - offices (10.7%); - health care facilities (5.9%); - commercial premises (5.6%); - logistics (4.1%). At the end of March 2021, the group's real estate portfolio consisting of 95 assets with a lettable area of 587,291 sq.m, amounted in market value to GBP 582.3 million, broken down by type of assets between industrial premises (74.3%), offices (9.7%), commercial premises (6.6%), healthcare facilities (5.6%) and logistics (3.8%).
