Infineon Supervisory Board to propose Deloitte as new auditor for 2024 fiscal year at the 2024 Annual General Meeting

Munich, Germany - 5 August 2022 - Following the conclusion of the public tender process conducted by the Audit Committee, the Supervisory Board of Infineon Technologies AG has decided to propose corporate auditor Deloitte GmbH, Munich, to the 2024 Annual General Meeting as auditor for the 2024 fiscal year. Shareholders will vote on the selection of Deloitte at the Annual General Meeting in February 2024. As part of the legally required rotation, the tender process was started early in order to ensure a carefully prepared handover of the mandate.
