Carl Data Solutions Inc. (DB:7C5) entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of i4C Innovation Centre, Inc. for CAD 0.10 million on October 22, 2019. The consideration includes 500,000 common shares to the sole shareholder of i4C, 210,000 common shares to an individual in settlement of a debt of CAD 10,000 owing by Astra and CAD 32,000 owing by i4C. If the transaction does not close before October 31, 2019, the agreement will terminate.
