The Company, through its subsidiary, Extremadura New Energies, maintains a 75% ownership interest in the San Jose Lithium Project. The Project is located approximately three hours from Madrid, and three and half hours from Lisbon accessible by dual lane highway. The proposed fully integrated industrial project is focused on the production of battery grade lithium chemicals from a mica feedstock. The Company’s subsidiaries include Tonsley Mining Pty Ltd, Infinity GreenTech Pty Ltd, Castilla Mining S.L, Morille Mining S.L and Extremadura Mining S.L.
