ISID Establishes Work Style Innovation Office

Information Services International-Dentsu, Ltd.(Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Setsuo Kamai; "ISID") establishes the Work Style Innovation Office (WSI Office) with the aim of further contribution to solving issues of society and our clients through work style innovations.

Based on our corporate vision: "Market Creation," "Best Solution through Best Practice," and "The Key Asset, Human Resources," ISID is convinced that respecting and leveraging diversity in a wide range of business sectors and domains, including business models and collaborations within and outside the company as well as human resources and work styles, will lead to the fulfillment of ISID's social mission through our business.

Also, we believes that the source of innovative and creative value generation that contributes to solving complex social issues stems from the diversity found in each employee's personality such as gender, nationality, ages, and lifestyle.

We have been working on promoting diversity and work style innovations as an important measure of the medium-term management plan. By establishing the WSI Office as a directly controlled unit we will further promote companywide work style innovations. We plan to create a flexible workplace environment from the standpoint of HR policies and labor rules, as well as offices and facilities.
