Resignation of Non-Executive Director, Norah Barlow

It is with regret that the Board of Ingenia Communities has today accepted the resignation of Norah Barlow as Independent Non-Executive Director. Ms Barlow's resignation follows her appointment as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Estia Health

Limited. Given the time demands of this position Ms Barlow believes it is necessary to relinquish her Ingenia directorship.

Ms Barlow said, "I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the Ingenia Board during this period of transformation and growth. I wish the Group and the Board every future success."

Ingenia Chairman Jim Hazel said, "Ms Barlow joined the Ingenia Board in March 2014 and has been an outstanding Director across all aspects of the organisation. Her unique insight into the New Zealand seniors living industry in particular, has been of great value to the Group."

Mr Philip Clark will step in as acting chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee as a search for a replacement Director is undertaken.
