Inghams Group Limited announced changes to the Executive Leadership Team. This refresh of the Executive Leadership Team follows the Company's announcement in December 2021 that its Chief Executive, New Zealand, Jonathan Gray, was stepping down, and the recent notification from its Chief Operations Officer, Tim Singleton that he intends to leave the business to return home to the United States. Anne-Marie Mooney has been appointed Chief Operations Officer, Australia effective 21 March 2022.

Anne-Marie joined the business in 2018. In her most recent role as Chief Agribusiness Officer, she was responsible for leading the Company's sustainability and animal welfare programs, and its operations across nutrition, commodity procurement, feedmilling and Australian farming. As Chief Operations Officer, Anne-Marie will be responsible for all aspects of Ingham's Australian chicken and turkey operations, including primary and further processing, warehousing and logistics, quality, continuous improvement, engineering, ESG, regulatory compliance, and its turkey farming operations.

Anne-Marie is a highly experienced and capable senior executive with a track record of delivering strong business results. She has more than 15 years' experience across the energy and agricultural sectors in roles spanning strategy, transformation, commercial sales and operations. Art Lankford has been appointed Chief Agribusiness Officer, replacing Anne-Marie Mooney, effective 7 March 2022.

Art will be responsible for Ingham's Australian chicken farming, feed milling, nutrition, commodities, purchasing, export feed sales, by- products, animal welfare and veterinary services. Art joined Ingham's in July 2019 as General Manager, Primary Processing, and was most recently the General Manager, Farming and Feedmill. He brings more than 37 years' experience in the global poultry industry.

Prior to joining Ingham's, he worked for Pilgrim's and Tyson Foods in the United States. Ed Alexander has been appointed Chief Executive, New Zealand, effective 1 July. Ed joined Ingham's in 2015 and was promoted to Chief Strategy Officer in 2020 with responsibility for corporate strategy and integrated business planning (including sales and operations planning).

Before his current position, Ed held a number of senior roles at Ingham's spanning sales, strategy and commercial optimisation. He brings over 10 years' experience in corporate strategy, change management and enterprise risk management through his previous positions at Aon Risk Solutions and Ernst & Young.
