Ingosstrakh OSAO : Insurance Company Provided Insurance for a Bugatti Veyron Car for RUB 18.5 m

Ingosstrakh Exclusive provided insurance coverage under the Premium program for Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 for the term of 1 year. The insurance amount under the CASCO contract is RUB 18.5.

The car manufactured in 2008 is one of a kind and belongs to the executive class. Bugatti Veyron features a 16-cylinder V8 engine manufactured in the city of Salzgitter (Germany). The capacity of the car is 1001 CV. In combination with the 7-stepped ratio gear transmission with dual clutch by Ricardo (England) it starts a vehicle with the weight of 2,200 kg in just 2.5 seconds.

Bugatti hypercar that was manufactured from 2005 to 2015 was named after a legendary French racing driver Pierre Veyron, who won 24 Heures du Mans race in 1939. In 2010, Top Gear and Robb Report magazines assigned the Car of the Decade award to Bugatti Veyron and Grand Sport modification. In 2010, Super Sport modification broke the global speed record, and became the fastest serially manufactured car in the world. At present, Veyron is no longer manufactured, and the total number of cars sold is 450: 300 coupes and 150 roadsters. Its successor is Bugatti Chiron that was officially presented at the Geneva Motor Show in 2016.

Within the framework of the Premium program, Bugatti Veyron EB 16.4 is insured against the risks of robbery, damage as a result of traffic accident, fire, damage with a bounced or fallen object, natural disasters, intended s of third persons, acts of animals. According to the agreement, Ingosstrakh Exclusive also insures the civil liability of the car owner before third persons.
