l'Université Catholique de Lille acquired Three non-core assets in the cities of Paris and Madrid from Inmobiliaria Colonial, SOCIMI, S.A. (BME:COL) for approximately €60 million on June 2, 2022. It comprises 6,300m² and is located on Ile Saint-Germain in Issy-les-Moulineaux, which was designed by Jean Nouvel for the advertising agency CLM BBDO in 1992.

Rental income breaks down geographically as follows: Spain (41.1%) and France (58.9%).
