Inmyshow Digital Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600556) announced a private placement of not more than 504,126,094 A shares for gross proceeds of not more CNY 2,120,000,000 on March 23, 2020. The transaction will include participation from not more than 35 investors. The company will issue shares at a price not lower than 80% of the average stock price 20 trading days before the pricing reference date. The securities to be issued in the transaction will have a lock-up period of six months after issuance date. The transaction has been approved in the 2nd meeting of the 10th directorate and 2nd meeting of the 10th supervisory board of the company, and is subject to approval from the company’s shareholders and China Securities Regulatory Commission.
