Shenzhen Ruilai Jiayu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) signed asset sale intent agreement to acquire Huiqiu Technology (Chongqing) Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Joyon Property Service Co., Ltd., Fortune Equity Investment Fund Management Chengdu Co., Ltd. and Kunpeng Future Asset Management Chengdu Co., Ltd. from Guangxi Fortune Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600556) on April 28, 2019. Transaction was approved by Board of Guangxi Fortune Technology Co., Ltd. on April 28, 2019. This transaction is still subject to the approval of Guangxi Fortune Technology Co., Ltd. shareholders’ meeting.
