As per the mandate, the company is authorized to repurchase up to CNY 2,000 million worth of its A shares. The company will repurchase its shares at a price not more than CNY 46.83 per share.

The company will use its own funds to repurchase the shares. The repurchase program is valid for a period of 6 months.
