Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co. said Thursday that its nine-month net profit rose 7% from a year earlier as a result of higher operating income.
Net profit grew to 6.02 billion yuan ($894.6 million), while operating income expanded 7.3% to CNY73.51 billion.
The Chinese dairy giant, simply known as Yili in the country, didn't specify the factors contributing to its results.
