InnoCan Pharma Corporation announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 4,000,000 units of the Company at a price of CAD 0.22 per Unit for gross proceeds up to CAD 880,000 on August 22, 2024.The Offering is expected to close on or around August 29, 2024. Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company; and one common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Common Share at a price of CAD 0.32 for a period of four years from the date of issuance.
