INPEX Announces Partial Amendments to Articles of

Incorporation

TOKYO, JAPAN -INPEX CORPORATION (INPEX) announced today that its Board of Directors resolved at a meeting held on February 15, 2021 to submit a proposal for "Partial Amendments to Articles of Incorporation" to the 15th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on March 25, 2021.

  • 1. Reason for the Amendment

    In accordance with its decision to change its Japanese corporate name from Kokusai Sekiyu Kaihatsu Teiseki Kabushiki Kaisha to Kabushiki Kaisha INPEX as announced on January 27, 2021, INPEX will amend the provisions of Article 1 (Trade

  • Name) in Articles of Incorporation on April 1, 2021.
