The installation company Instalco reports a decrease in turnover in the third quarter compared to the same period last year. Operating profit decreased.

Sales decreased 5.0 percent to SEK 3,144 million (3,310). Organic sales growth was -5.0 percent (3.0).

Ebita profit amounted to SEK 188 million (246), with an ebita margin of 6.0 per cent (7.4).

Operating profit was SEK 149 million (194), with an operating margin of 4.7 percent (5.9).

Profit before tax was SEK 106 million (179).

Profit after tax amounted to SEK 88 million (142), a decrease of 38.0 percent compared to the previous year.

Earnings per share amounted to SEK 0.32 (0.52), a decrease of 38.5 percent compared to the previous year.

Cash flow from operating activities amounted to SEK 119 million (119).

The order backlog amounted to SEK 8,533 million (9,201).

One acquisition was completed during the period with an estimated annual turnover of SEK 40 million.

"The long-term increasing need for qualified installation services remains. In the shorter term, Instalco continued to navigate a challenging market during the third quarter, especially in the metropolitan regions and southern Sweden. We cannot influence the market situation, but we are actively working on our profitability focus and adaptation efforts," writes CEO Robin Boheman.
