Tan as Director and President, Arthur R. Tan as Vice Chairman, Anthony Raymond P. Rodriguez as Treasurer with effect from June 28, 2021 and the board announced that promotion of Jerome S. Tan from Senior Managing Director to President, with effect from June 28, 2021.
