For the half year, sales was USD 646.563 million compared to USD 476.179 million a year ago. Net income was USD 915,000 compared to net loss of USD 21.530 million a year ago. Integrated Micro-Electronics Inc. (IMI) is a provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) and power semiconductor assembly and test services. The Company operates through segments, including Philippines, Singapore/China, Bulgaria, Czech, Mexico, USA, and Japan. IMI exports printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA), flip chip assemblies, electronic sub-assemblies, box build products and enclosure systems.
