KME GROUP: FACTORING AGREEMENT SIGNED WITH EXPIRY IN 2018 UP TO A MAXIMUM OF EURO 250 MILLION Milan, 2nd August 2016 - Intek Group S.p.A. announces that its subsidiary KME AG entered into an agreement with Factofrance (formerly GE Factofrance) for the availability of Group non-recourse factoring lines in the total amount of Euro 250 million with expiry on 31st July 2018.

This new facility, which has been signed at better conditions than the current ones, reconfirms the international banking system's trust in the Group at the end of the important process of industrial rationalization and managerial reorganization, that has been started in 2015 with the shareholder's support.
