Federal Holding and Investment Company, and Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations agreed to acquire 9.85% stake in Euroclear Holding SA/NV from Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE:ICE) for approximately €710 million on May 17, 2022. The sale has met all required approvals. J.P. Morgan served as financial adviser to Euroclear.

Barclays acted as financial adviser to Federal Holding and Investment Company. Moelis & Company LLC acted as financial advisor to Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. SG CIB acted as Financial advisor to Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations in the deal. Daniel Hurstel and Hugo Nocerino of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP acted as legal advisor to CDC.
