The Company is engaged in the manufacture, sale, import and export of eyeglass and contact lens cases, cleaners, and other eyeglass and contact lens accessories. The Company operates through two business segments. The Domestic Business segment is involved in the entire process from planning to sales of eyeglasses and eyeglass accessories. The Overseas Business segment acts as a franchise headquarters, planning and selling eyeglasses under an original brand, and each overseas subsidiary engages in retail as a franchise store. The brand is Zoff. The Company opens stores mainly in Asia.
