ICTSI extends Madagascar Concession

Background/Description of the Disclosure

International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) would like to inform the Philippine Stock Exchange that its wholly- owned subsidiary Madagascar International Container Terminal Services Limited (MICTSL), which operates the port of Toamasina in Madagascar, had earlier signed an extension to its Concession Agreement with the Société de Gestion du Port Autonome de Toamasina (the "Concession Extension"). ICTSI has held the concession since 2005. The Concession Extension extended the original Concession Agreement, which was to end in October 2025, by 15 years to 2040.
