NOTICE TO THE MARKET INTERNATIONAL MEAL COMPANY ALIMENTAÇÃO S.A. ("Company", "IMC") (BM&FBOVESPA:

MEAL3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that Mr. Jaime Cohen Szulc on this date will leave his role as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Newton Maia Salomao Alves was elected by the Board of Directors to replace Mr. Szulc as the CEO. Mr. Maia is also resigning from his previous position as a Board Director of the Company and Mr. Marco Mendes was elected by the Board of Directors to replace him at the Board of Directors.

Mr. Maia joined the Company's Board of Directors in 2014, being part of the team that led the changes in IMC's path since mid-2015 serving as member of the Compensation, Finance and Audit Committees. Mr. Maia holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Aviation Infrastructure Engineering from ITA - Brazilian Technological Institute of Aeronautics. Mr. Maia has held the position of Director at Advent International in Sao Paulo since 2007, having served as a member of the Boards of Directors of Kroton Educacional and Atmosfera Gestão e Higienização de Têxteis. Mr. Maia was also CEO at Atmosfera in 2011 and member of the Finance, Audit and Academic Committees at Kroton Educacional. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of Oceano, a Brazilian shrimp producer and exporter which was sold to a local food company. He also served as associate at Allen & Company, in New York, and as a consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Mr. Mendes is currently an Executive Director at Advent International in Sao Paulo where he is the Head of Advent's Portfolio Group Support. Mr. Mendes holds a BS in Business Administration and a master's degree in Marketing, both from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, as well as an MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

This concludes the phase of Mr. Szulc in the Company that began in 2015. Jaime was instrumental in developing and implementing the Company's new strategy and operational excellence roadmap that

included, among others: i) IMC´s deleveraging, ii) revitalization of brands through successful Pilot restaurants, iii) re-structuring of airport contracts and store footprint, and iv) the turn-around of our US business results. The Company greatly appreciates his contributions and wishes Mr. Szulc much success in his future endeavors.
