Board Change

International Personal Finance plc announces that Adrian Gardner, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned in order to pursue an alternative business opportunity. Consequently, he has today stepped down from the Board and will leave the business in due course once an orderly handover to Justin Lockwood, the Company's Head of Finance, who will become Interim Chief Financial Officer, has been completed.

Justin will join the Company's Executive Committee and will attend Board meetings, but will not be appointed as an Executive Director of the Board. A recruitment process has commenced to appoint a new Chief Financial Officer.

The Board would like to thank Adrian for his contribution to the progress made by the Company in recent years and wishes him well in his new role.

The Board is pleased to confirm that 2016 trading continues to be in line with its expectations, including Mexico which is showing encouraging signs of progress and performing as guided at the time of our Interim results. A full Q3 trading update is due to be released on 20 October 2016.

Section 430(2B) Companies Act 2006 statements in respect of Adrian Gardner will be made available on the Company's corporate website (www.ipfin.co.uk) in due course.
