International Personal Finance : makes new appointments to senior management team

International Personal Finance Plc ('IPF') is pleased to announce the appointment of James Ormrod as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary, Richard Harris as Chief Marketing Officer, and Lyndsey Hamilton-Scott as Group Human Resources Director, completing the company's senior leadership team.

Dual qualified as a UK solicitor and U.S. attorney, James Ormrod joins the business as Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary from Mitie Group plc where he was Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. Prior to this, James held Global, Divisional and Regional General Counsel roles at Invensys Rail and Hewlett Packard Corporation.

Richard Harris has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer, joining IPF from Investec where he was Head of Group and Bank Marketing. His career has spanned all aspects of marketing, with a particular focus on digital and e-commerce activities. He has previously worked in both the UK and overseas with companies such as Western Union and BT. Richard's appointment is designed to build the Group Marketing function and support IPF's strategy to extend IPF's brands, products and channels to serve evolving customer preferences and demands in an increasingly digital age.

Lyndsey Hamilton-Scott joined IPF earlier this year as Group Human Resources Director and brings extensive experience of large-scale organisation transformation and senior executive assessment and coaching across a range of business sectors. Prior to recent consultancy assignments, Lyndsey was HR Director of GE Capital Woodchester and held senior Group HR roles in Coats Viyella Plc.
