International Prospect Ventures Ltd.

International Prospect Ventures Ltd. is a natural resource issuer involved in the process of acquiring and exploring mineral property assets. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Valroc Ventures Pty Ltd., holds about 12 tenements (six exploration and six prospecting licences) totaling approximately 14,890 hectares (ha) in the Eastern Pilbara Craton (the Properties), of which 11 overlie prospective areas of the Mosquito Creek Basin, referred to as the Mosquito Creek Properties. The Mosquito Creek Properties are located between approximately 22 kilometers (km) and 55 km northeast of Novo Resources Nullagine Gold Project. The Company also holds several properties in Canada. Those properties include the Porcupine Miracle Gold Prospect in Langmuir Township, northeastern Ontario and several Uranium properties in Saskatchewan (West Stewart and Beartooth Island), Ontario (Elliot Lake) and Quebec (Matoush). The Porcupine Miracle Gold Prospect is made up of four mining claims.
