TOKYO (AP) _ Internet Initiative Japan Inc. (IIJIY) on Tuesday reported fiscal first-quarter profit of $32 million.

The Tokyo-based company said it had net income of 35 cents per share.

The internet service provider posted revenue of $484 million in the period.

Internet Initiative shares have risen 54% since the beginning of the year. The stock has increased 57% in the last 12 months.
