LTE-compatible mobile WiFi router to be offered when the service starts, with advanced sales campaign to be launched

IIJmio High-speed Mobile/D Service provides a SIM card for data communications on the NTT DOCOMO LTE network. Users of the service can choose from two rate plans to fit their needs.

The Minimum Start 128 Plan is best suited for the occasional user who may need to use LTE high-speed mobile communications when away on vacation, for example. For JPY 945 per month, the user can communicate at speeds of up to 128kbps, and with the purchase of a 100MB coupon for JPY 525, it's possible to reach speeds of up to 75Mbps*. Coupons can be purchased whenever necessary on the support website.

The Family Share 1GB Plan is for advanced users with multiple mobile devices or families that wish to use data communications. Up to three SIM cards can be used on one contract. The monthly fee of JPY 2,940 includes a 1GB coupon for use with multiple SIM cards for communications speeds of up to 75Mbps*.

The LTE-Mobile Router (NI-760S) that is scheduled to go on sale at the same time is an IEEE802.11n wireless device that can accept up to 10 simultaneous connections. This can be purchased via the IIJmio website.

In advance of the service launch, IIJ is conducting a special sales campaign. Twitter users who tweet a special keyword are eligible to enter a raffle to win an LTE Mobile Router (NI-760S) and three free months of free service, including the initial fee.
