Today, General Director of the energy companies held a round table in the format of the videoconferencing with chairmen of primary trade union organizations, which include over 30 thousand employees of 40 structural divisions of the Company, which are located in 21 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

Igor Makovskiy highly appreciated the level of interaction of the trade unions with the management of the company, noted that despite the epidemiological situation, well-coordinated work helped not only maintain a positive attitude of employees and fulfill all obligations of the current Bargaining Agreements, but also made it possible to achieve high production and financial indicators.

Measures to preserve the health of employees and their families during the spread of coronavirus infection have become an example of fruitful joint activities. This is the operational organization of remote work, and the conduct of more than 120 thousand tests for COVID19, material support for staff and non-working pensioners, the launch of the «League of Good» volunteer movement in the Central and Volga Federal Districts, as well as the organization of vaccination - today 80 % of employees of the Companies have already passed it.

«The primary trade union organizations play a vital role in the life of our company: they represent the interests of employees, participate in creating healthy and safe working conditions. In some cases, workers trust union representatives more than their employer, talk about their needs, share plans and hopes in an informal setting. That is why, when making decisions on changing the motivation of employees, we focus on their opinion, conduct a collective discussion, listen to everyone,» stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region.

Marianna Proskochenko, Bryanskenergo's chairman of the primary trade union organization, said that the additional bonus based on the results of the enterprise's activities has two components: «First of all, material. This especially pleased families with children, becoming, along with the presidential payment, an additional amount for preparing children for school. But one cannot fail to note the moral component, since the payment became a confirmation of the high professional qualities of all team members, everyone felt their contribution to the company's high performance indicators.»

These words are connected with the fact that at the beginning of August Igor Makovskiy made a decision to reward all employees of the Companies and pay RUB 5,000 to everyone. In addition, another 6 thousand employees were awarded for the promotion and development of additional services.

«To maintain the set pace of development and social guarantees until the end of this year, we and the trade union organizations will have to work on concluding new Bargaining Agreements for a 3-year period, where the desire to support and improve the employees' motivation system, the implementation of labour protection measures within the framework of the zero injury program. Our goal is to attract, retain and motivate personnel, to make everyone be proud of their work at Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region,» noted the head of the energy companies.
