Interroll Holding AG announced that shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2021 confirmed that Paul Zumbühl was newly elected to the Board of Directors as Chairman. Susanne Schreiber was elected as a new member of the Board of Directors, which now consists of seven members.
