Intervest Offices & Warehouses builds high-endbuilt-to-suit warehouse of approximately 10.000 m² for My Jewellery in 's-Hertogenbosch.

My Jewellery rents a built-to-suit warehouse of approximately 10.000 m² on business park De Rietvelden in 's-Hertogenbosch for a period of 10 years.

My Jewellery was founded in 2011, has 20 boutiques spread across the Netherlands and Belgium and has become one of the fastest-growinge-commerce companies in the Netherlands. The warehouse is being built by Van Schijndel Bouwgroep from Geffen and will be completed and certified according to the highest BREEAM 'Outstanding'-norms. The necessary permits have already been obtained, construction has commenced in May 2022 and the delivery "will take place in February 2023.

Proud of this sustainable inhouse development with which we will put Intervest further on the map as a real estate company that goes beyond investing and also develops.
