Inversiones Centenario S.A.A. completed the acquisition of Stakes in Inmobiliaria San Silvestre S.A. and Administradora Camino Real S.A.C. and Fives Properties from Inmuebles Comerciales del Perú S.A.C. and Parque el Golf S.A.C.

Inversiones Centenario S.A.A. (BVL:INVCENC1) entered into a binding agreement to acquire Stakes in Inmobiliaria San Silvestre S.A. and Administradora Camino Real S.A.C. and Fives Properties from Inmuebles Comerciales del Perú S.A.C. and Parque el Golf S.A.C. for $78 million on December 4, 2017. As part of the transaction, Inversiones Centenario is acquiring rights to five properties from Inmuebles Comerciales and Parque El Golf S.A.C., which it jointly owns. The total price of the transaction is $78 million out of which $31 million would be paid at the time of final agreement while the balance to be paid in three equal installments. Inversiones Centenario S.A.A. (BVL:INVCENC1) completed the acquisition of Stakes in Inmobiliaria San Silvestre S.A. and Administradora Camino Real S.A.C. and Fives Properties from Inmuebles Comerciales del Perú S.A.C. and Parque el Golf S.A.C. on February 14, 2018.
