PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF Announces Cash Distribution for the Months of December 2014, Payable on January 8, 2015

PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF announced a cash distribution of $0.07231 per unit of PowerShares S&P/TSX Composite Low Volatility Index ETF for the month of December 2014. Unit holders of record on December 30, 2014 will receive cash distributions payable on January 8, 2015.
