(BAX:INVCORP) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire an unknown majority stake in Viz Branz Holdings Limited from Pluto Rising PTE. Ltd. and Ben Chng on November 16, 2020. Viz Branz is a family owned company. Ben Chng will maintain a significant ownership stake in the Viz Branz Holdings. For the year ended June 30, 2020, Viz Branz Holdings generated SGD 170 million in sales.
