Grupa Pracuj S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire Spoonbill Holding Gmbh from Investcorp Technology Partners IV L.P. managed by Investcorp Holdings B.S.C. for approximately €120 million.

Grupa Pracuj S.A. (WSE:GPP) entered into an agreement to acquire Spoonbill Holding GmbH from Eden Investment S.à r.l. controlled by Investcorp Holdings B.S.C. and Stefan SchÜFfler Beteiligungs Ug (HaftungsbeschrÄNkt) for approximately €120 million on June 14, 2022. Grupa Pracuj will acquire indirectly 100% shares in Spoonbill GmbH, softgarden e-recruiting GmbH and absence.io GmbH. Grupa Pracuj intends to finance the purchase price partially from its own funds and in the remaining part from a bank loan obtained under the facility agreement.

The transaction is expected to complete by June 27, 2022.
